Unlimited calls – simply explained
With an unlimited call volume* for Switzerland and all countries in zone 1 (31 countries), the following scenarios are included:

Fair-Use Policy
The subscriptions may only be used with smartphones and tablets. In case of repeated excessive or even illegal use, netvoip reserves the right to take appropriate measures.
What does regular excessive use mean?
The following limits apply to the use of the unlimited services included in the subscriptions:
Mobile S
- Calls CH: 1’000 minutes
- SMS CH: 1’000 SMS
Mobile S+
- Calls CH and zone 1: 2’000 minutes
- SMS CH and zone 1: 2’000 SMS
Mobile M
- Calls CH and zone 1: 4’000 minutes
- SMS CH and zone 1: 4’000 SMS
Mobile L
- Calls CH and zone 1: 6’000 minutes
- SMS CH and zone 1: 6’000 SMS
If the limit is exceeded, netvoip will classify this as excessive usage.
What happens if the limit of excessive use is exceeded?
Technically nothing happens at all, the service can still be used without restrictions. In such cases, the usage behavior is checked by netvoip. If netvoip detects excessive usage several times, various measures can be initiated.
What are possible measures in case of repeated excessive use?
The list of measures listed is explicitly not exhaustive. The following measures are merely examples:
- termination by netvoip as of the next possible termination date: The service will only continue to be provided at the end of the notice period if the customer switches to a higher price plan
- temporary blocking of a service: The service is temporarily suspended until an amicable solution is found with the customer
- ordinary termination: The service will be discontinued by netvoip as of the earliest possible termination date
What does unlawful use mean?
According to the Fair-Use Policy, netvoip Mobile Subscriptions are intended for use with smartphones and tablets. If a SIM is found to be used with other devices, netvoip reserves the right to take immediate action.
What are measures in case of unlawful use?
The list of measures listed is explicitly not exhaustive. The following measures are merely examples:
- immediate termination of the service
- termination of the netvoip Mobile subscription without notice effective immediately
