Processing of data for service provision and contract execution
Netvoip collects, stores and processes personal data of customers to the extent necessary for the administration and provision of netvoip services, the processing of orders and contracts, invoicing, answering questions and concerns, support in technical matters and the evaluation, improvement and new development of netvoip goods, services and functions. Personal data are all data and information that relate to an identified or identifiable person.
In the course of your use of our information, communication and technology services, netvoip collects, stores and processes technical data. Technical usage data may be processed on a personal basis for the following purposes:
- insofar as this is necessary for the security and operation of our technical infrastructure, the guarantee of service and, in particular, connection quality, and the further development of services.
- provided it is listed below in this statement or you have agreed to it when using a service.
Processing of data from telecommunications

This also applies to data that you entrust to us for storage within the scope of services.
Data sharing
In addition to the disclosures explained in the foregoing provisions, netvoip may process Personal Data and disclose it to third parties when necessary or appropriate to comply with or verify compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to respond to requests from competent authorities.
Netvoip may disclose Personal Data to or obtain Personal Data from third parties in connection with indications of unlawful use of Services, to the extent appropriate to detect, prevent or remedy fraudulent or abusive use of Services by Netvoip or third parties.
If you purchase services that we provide jointly with third parties or if you purchase services from third parties via the netvoip network, we may disclose to third parties such data as is necessary for the provision of such a service as well as for the collection of payments.
Data processing abroad by commissioned third parties
In the course of providing its services, netvoip also relies on products and services from manufacturers and suppliers abroad, who may access personal data or telecommunications data on netvoip’s systems from abroad or process such data at their locations abroad in the course of fulfilling their orders, for example when providing maintenance services.
Your rights regarding your personal data and those of your customers
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data processed by us in writing and free of charge at any time. Likewise, you have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data, unless you yourself are responsible for its entry. You also have the right to request the deletion of personal data, unless we are required by applicable laws and regulations to retain some of the personal data.

Application, duration and modification
This declaration is part of the contract according to paragraph 2 under the title “General”. It applies as long as the contract with you exists. This declaration can therefore not be terminated separately.
We reserve the right to modify and amend this Statement at any time and at our sole discretion. If we change this statement to your disadvantage, we will inform you appropriately in advance and obtain your consent. Your consent is voluntary. If you do not agree to the relevant change or amendment, you may object to it. If you do not object within the previously announced period, you will be deemed to have given your consent to the relevant change or addition. No right to extraordinary termination of service contracts exists on the basis of a change or addition to the present declaration.
