With a business number, you ensure optimal call management.
Thanks to a business number (also called INA number), you can offer your customers an easy way to contact you. According to the Federal Office of Communications (OFCOM), a distinction is made between different business numbers:
Freephone number (0800)
Give your customers the opportunity to contact you for free, because calls to these business numbers are free. Show your customers that customer service is a high priority for you.
Charge sharing numbers (084X)
With 084x, you can be reached throughout Switzerland under a single phone number. Callers pay only the national call charges. Position yourself as a professional company with a focus on Switzerland.
Value-added service numbers (09XX)
Calls to premium rate numbers are subject to increased charges for callers, and your company generates revenue for them. We take over the collection, so that you have hardly any administrative effort.
Netvoip allows you to use your business number by means of a routing function. All calls will be forwarded to the landline number of your choice. If you do not have a destination number, we will provide you with a new number upon request.
In order to be able to offer this service, we need the allocation order, which is issued directly by OFCOM. The application for a business number is therefore also made directly to OFCOM.
